New Rural House in San Gregorio El Tiemblo

                           

The El Tiemblo Town Council has restored El Caserón and the houses of San Gregorio in order to convert them into tourist accommodations. Only companies from the municipality took part in the reconstruction. 

The town council of the municipality in Ávila applied for the properties from the Tajo Canal in early 2024, and they were granted at the beginning of the following year. The reconstruction will involve only local companies, which are as follows: project management under the responsibility of the El Tiemblo Town Council; the construction company will be Construcciones y Reformas Yoldam; roof installation will be carried out by Ángel Piquero; plasterboard installation by David Navarro Recio; heating and plumbing by Rafael Varas; electrical work by Francisco Zapatua; carpentry by Víctor Nieto; painting by the company José Reguilón; metalwork and glazing by Patrón; all exterior gardening and landscaping will be carried out by the company José García; the furniture will be supplied by La Circular del Mueble; rubble collection and disposal at the recycling center will be handled by Perimat; and finally, distribution, beams, and hardware will be supplied by the companies Macondé, Covilma, and Maderas Manso.

The inauguration of the homes will take place on February 13, and they will be available every day of the year except May 1 and the Monday after Easter, as the site is required for the local pilgrimages. On the day the renovation is completed and on Flag Day, catering will be provided by El Bar de la. Estación.
